What a man and what a loss! Dr. Biedermann was our family allergist for so many years. His gentleness, sense of humor, and sparkling intellect made going to the doctor fun and we looked forward to our visits with him. He was so tender and sweet when our little ones needed his comfort. We trusted him because he knew so much. He was the most unique and inventive man I have had the privilege off knowing. JAQEf
Dr. Biederman was a wonderful man and physician. As my doctor for some 40+ years, he was always a wonder person to see and talk to and he always made certain I left Allergy and Asthma with a little brown goodie bag full of stuff. God bless you, Doc, and Requiescat in Pace. All my Love, John Shinn
in the passing of 50 + years of medical practice i am deeply saddened at the death of my colleague Arthur. he was more than a good practioneer of the craft medicine. he excelled in the understanding of the needs , concerns and fears of his patients and somehow made complex problems seem simple and human. we need more physicians to reflect his compassion for life. rest in eternal peace my friend . john shinn
Beloved Art, great teacher, mentor, partner and friend. Art was one of the best teachers I had during my residency and fellowship at Stanford. I was impressed by his meticulous, clinical notes with his impeccable printing which he often shared. I tried to imitate them but could never compare. I was privileged to later join the private practice with him, Minoru Yamate, and Ted Chu. Art had a great sense of humor, was a fun colleague, and a great sportsman during our competitive noontime tennis matches. Despite being a Cal graduate, he showed great magnanimity by getting married to Susan in the Stanford Memorial Church. I miss him.
