Kathleen Claudon, 80, lived a beautiful life filled with family, faith, art, nature and creativity. She passed away on September 1st, 2026 after 20 years dealing with the myriad of challenges related to Parkinson's Disease. Her treasures in life were her daughter, Dana Marie Ebbs (Mullins), and her three grandchildren, Riley, Annabelle and Finnegan who called her "Noni". She was the loving mother-in-law to Forrest B. Ebbs. Kathleen was third generation "Bay Area" and graduated from UC Berkeley. She lived in Palo Alto for 25 years from the mid-1970s to 2002, where she raised her daughter, Dana Marie. She was a supportive, loving and dedicated mother. Kathleen's artistic eye led to her thriving architectural design business, KM Designs (later named Claudon Designs). She was a part of the downtown small business community. Many of the kitchens and bathrooms in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Portola Valley, Atherton, Woodside and Los Altos were designed by Kathleen in the 1980's and 1990's. She was elegant and respected by the design and construction trades communities. Kathleen enjoyed photography and took community classes to learn how to develop film. She was a modern dancer, prolific gardener, painter and she enjoyed taking classes in Raku pottery. For the past 20 years Kathleen lived with and close-by her daughter Dana and family, in Lodi for the last 12 years. Kathleen is already deeply missed. Her unwavering love and support was a blessing. Her eye for the beauty found in nature was profound. She left a legacy of love.
