Joseph Anthony Aiello died on Thursday, January 25th 2024 in Mountain View, CA after a long illness. He was surrounded by his loving family.

Joseph was born on February 1, 1939 in Castelsilano, a small town in Calabria Italy. He emigrated to the United States in 1956 first settling in San Francisco. Understanding that technology would be the wave of the future, he geared up for a career in the electronics industry. He obtained his Electronics Technician certificate and in 1962 he moved to Mountain View. He worked for many Silicon Valley companies throughout his career.

During the 1960s, Joe also served in the Army National Guard He was stationed at Fort Ord in Monterey CA and he was an active reservist for 6 years.

Joe is survived by his wife and son.
